Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Wednesday 2 May 2007 at 10:00 am at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Manchester. Members wishing to book rooms should quote the code 0417 - NOM to receive the Nominet rate.

The election for non-executive directors will be held at the same time, and members are invited to nominate candidates.

The call for nominations for the 2007 Board elections, including the formal notice and invitation to the AGM have been either posted or emailed to members.

The papers give details of the AGM and how to appoint a proxy to cast your vote at the meeting. They also provide information about the forthcoming directors’ elections and how they operate, together with a copy of our Annual Report or a link to the online version.
